WELCOME TO NORTHWESTERN MIDDLE SCHOOL
Summer
The Middle School office will remain open from 7:00-3:00 Monday through Friday until Friday, June 5. The office will then close until Monday, July 27.
Please be sure to complete your 2026-2027 Final Forms!
If you are new to the district and would like to register a new student, please Log on to Final Forms and complete all the necessary forms. You will need to bring with you the following documents: Birth Certificate, Social Security Card, Immunization Record, Proof of Residency, Custody papers, if applicable to your family, and if your child has an IEP, please bring the most recent copy of that document. You may bring originals, and we will make copies of your documents.
The school supply list for 2026/2027 school year is on the website. Lists will also be available at local stores in Wooster and Ashland.
Have a great summer! The first day of school is August, August 18.

Northwestern Youth Soccer Camp 2026 will be JULY 28-30th for all youth in grades 1st - 8th grade. The camp is run by the Northwestern High School Boys Soccer Team.Please click soccer camp to register. Registration deadline is May 28th to guarantee a camp shirt.
